A poem celebrating the resurrection of spring and the sacrifice of our Savior.
Glistening, shining, waving.
Leaves in the air.
Dancing, cooling, shaking,
Wind blows, but to where?
Chewing, munching, basking,
Dog flopped on the ground.
Warming, loving, searching,
God finds me like a hound.
Reviving, renewing, beautiful,
Spring conjures flowers from the earth.
Sacrifing, adoring, enduring,
God died though nothing I am worth.
The word descriptions are well done and provide good imagery. also the content is deep and spiritual. Thanks for this nice piece. ami
