If you guys remember, I started a short story series several months ago detailing the adventures of the detective Pepper Jack, but half way through the story it trailed off. Hmm. Yeah, about that. Well, I totally forgot to mention this, but "Pepper Jack", at least in that form, is no longer with us. Over the past few months I've been plotting out a new story, coming up with characters, worlds, creatures, finding bad guys, assembling a side kick and much more.
In the end, 210 Words is getting scrapped and replaced with the Adventures of Pepper Jack. He'll be a character that is used in various short stories throughout time. The first installment will be a mystery story involving an ancient artifact heist, but he'll also pop up in the Middle Ages, Ancient Egypt, and the far future.
But there's also going to be WAY more to the story than just that. Duplicates. Time travel. Lost artifacts. Lost memories. Hi-Tech weaponry. Of course humor, because his name is Pepper Jack. And probably tossing in Whistlethrush Isle and some of the people from that world.
Coming early-mid 2015 to Curious Robots near you.

Best Edited Photos of 2014
These are some of my best edited photos from this past year. I'm kinda new to editing, so the edits might not actually look better than the originals to you, but oh well. Enjoy these photos and the coming year.

Here are some of the best photos I've taken this year. None of them are edited. Tomorrow I'll do a post of all my best photo edits.
Can you believe another year has already gone by? I know they say kids move through time more slowly than adults, but not me!
Thanks for reading this blog and I hope you have a wonderful new year. Enjoy these awesome shots!

100th Post!
This is the Curious Robot's 100th post! I've definitely had a lot of fun since I started this blog over a year ago. I know Vine and Vial have helped me learn a ton of information, and Writing Wednesday has expanded my literary abilities.
So here's to more posts and more readers!

Great News! - Curious Characters
The Curious Characters is (mostly) up and running! Feel free to check it out and read about Beany the Can, Vine and Vial, the Plastic People and all the other characters on my blog.
Writing Wednesday: Need Your Help!
I know you all have been enjoying the Mosaic series, but all stories are finite. So after I'm done/fed up with the Mosaic series, I'll need something else to do. That's where you come in! Once I finish up the current series, I'm gonna start a new one. I'll give you a few options, and you guys pick! Here are some things I've come up with so far:
- The Journey - a medieval series involving four to five main characters who intrepidly journey through many amazing localities to discover the alleged Spring of Life. Main characters: a young, naive, adventurous young boy, a gruff, burly hunter, a young girl to is revealed to be royalty from an exterminated blood line, a zany alchemist who can actually turn anything to gold, except the effect lasts for only a few hours and a sour old nanny goat.
- Coppertown, Nebraska - a series centred around a boy living in a small town who wants more out of life. Could be a mystery series or a series more like Mosaics.
- The Crossover - a complex science fiction series. Two main characters find themselves in two completely foreign timelines, a 21st century kid finds him/her self in the medieval era while a 30th century child scientist struggles to return the lost boy/girl to his/her appropriate era.
Apologies
Please forgive me for neglecting to post. I am gone most of this summer so I haven't/won't have much down-time to post. Once I get back into school and life has a more predictable routine I will be posting more consistently.
Apologies,
